How to Book an Advising Session
- Log into your MyApps account
- Click the Campus Cafe logo to access the student portal
- From the student portal, select “Schedule an Appointment”
Our user-friendly Microsoft Booking system makes it easy to schedule 30-minute appointments, which can be conducted via Teams or over the phone.

Newly accepted students are required to schedule their first advising appointment and receive guidance prior to submitting their first course registration. Additionally, all students are required to meet with their advisor at least once per semester.
Advisors
You can locate the name of your assigned advisor(s) in the top-left corner of your unofficial transcript in Campus Cafe. To view your unofficial transcript, log into your MyApps account, click on the Campus Cafe logo from your MyApps dashboard, click on the Transcript logo in the Campus Cafe main menu, and click submit.
Graduate students will work closely with their faculty advisors throughout their program.
