At USSU, we understand that the cost of higher education can be a significant concern. To address this, we provide transparent and competitive tuition rates with a straightforward fee structure—one fee per course—with no hidden costs. This approach allows you to clearly understand your financial commitments from the outset.
Estimating your costs is straightforward and accessible. Financial aid and scholarship opportunities are available for qualified students to further support your educational investment.
Additionally, we provide flexible payment plans to accommodate various financial situation.
Beginning November 20th, 2025, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all payments made using a credit card.
Note: The Board of Trustees shall establish the tuition and fees each spring semester for the upcoming academic year, which commences in August with the start of the Fall Semester.

All tuition, fees, and other charges are due upon registration. Registration is not complete until financial clearance is received indicating full payment. The United States Sports University reserves the right to change tuition, fees, and other charges as deemed necessary, without prior notice. No student may register for any course until all University charges are satisfied.
Refund of tuition, general fees, and technology fees for a student withdrawing from the University or a student who is dismissed or suspended is made in accordance with the current Refund Policy in place. All application fees, enrollment fees, shipping fees, and special fees are non-refundable. It should be noted that this fee schedule is based on the requirements of the U.S. Department of Education in accordance with policies governing Title IV funds. The administrative fee charge is the lesser of $100 or 5% of the total paid.
Payment Plans
USSU offers a flexible approach to managing educational expenses by allowing students to spread their tuition payments over a series of installments rather than paying the full amount upfront. This structured payment option helps to alleviate financial strain and better align tuition costs with personal budgeting. Students can take advantage of one of two payment plan options, providing them with the ability to choose a schedule that fits their financial situation. By breaking down the total tuition into manageable payments, students can maintain better control over their finances while pursuing their academic goals, ensuring that their education remains a top priority without undue financial stress.

Payment Plan Options
Choose from one of the following payment plan options:
4 Installments: This plan is available for 12- and 16-week courses and allows you to divide your total tuition into four equal payments. The due dates for each of these four installments will be clearly provided.
2 Installments: This plan enables you to split your tuition into two larger payments. The due dates for each of these two installments will also be specified.
